Make It Magical is a Personalised Clothing and Gift business that specializes in creating custom clothing and items for all the family.
MIM is run by sisters who live on the coast in Norfolk. Both mums, they complete all orders in their spare time between raising their families, most weekends and often very late at night!

We can then create mock-ups for you to have a look at before you decide whether you would like to place an order with us.
Timescales can vary depending on stock allowances and whether it is a bespoke order.
For the products listed on our website we are currently sending orders out within 7 days.
This fluctuates depending on the season and stock levels.
If you have a date that you need your order by, please let us know at the time of ordering.
Bespoke orders can take longer depending on how involved the design process is. This will always be discussed with you as we work with you to create your order.
We send all orders out as quickly as we possibly can.
Delivery options are outlined at the checkout stage of the ordering process. The choices vary between Royal Mail First Class, collection via our stockists or local delivery.
If you are lucky enough to live in Heacham - delivery is free!
We offer a 28 day return policy from the day your item is delivered on any non personalised item.
If you are local, you are welcome to drop your item off directly to us. If not, you are responsible for packaging and paying for return postage.
The item must be returned unused and unworn in clean condition without any marks or damage. If the returning product is in suitable condition, we will issue a full refund, or complete an exchange for a new item.
If the product is returned in unsuitable condition, we will not be able to issue a refund unfortunately. Should this be the case, we will discuss this with you upon receipt of the item.
If your item has been personalised we are unable to offer any refund or exchange, unless their is a manufacturing error with the product.
